Crime Prevention/Emergency Preparedness: Hide It, Lock It, Or Lose It. Help prevent vehicle burglaries. Take your valuables with you when you park your car, otherwise make sure they are stored out of sight. Always roll up your windows and lock the doors. Items such as laptops, tablet computers, cell phones, vehicle chargers for electronics, tools, purses and wallets, jewelry, and sunglasses are some of the most common items stolen from vehicles. You are your own best crime prevention tool. Remember: Hide it, Lock it or Lose it.
