Yesterday I was approached by a signature gatherer in La Mesa that represents the Patient Care Association. As it was explained to me, the young lady was gathering signatures in an effort to place an initiative on the November 2012 ballot that would allow residents of La Mesa to vote on whether or not city regulated medical marijuana dispenaries could open in La Mesa.
I decided to sign the initiative after reading over the rules and regulations that would be enforced and primarily because my aunt has MS and uses medical marijuana to alleviate her pain.
What do you guys think? I'm all for it if its regulated and made available in a safe and secure environment. Plus it says that our city gets tax revenue from the sales.
Short sales routinely show up in credit reports as foreclosures

Large numbers of homeowners who have negotiated short sales are at risk because of a startling omission in the credit system. Their credit reports and scores indicate that they were foreclosed upon, rather than having negotiated a mutually agreeable resolution with their lender, and the Federal Trade Commission and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau are investigating why and how this happened.
