Home Tour Returns To La Mesa's Historic Core
LA MESA -- The La Mesa Historical Society's Centennial Year Home Tour is returning to the city's historic core with visits to five wonderful homes that display the range and depth of the city's 100 year history.
Some of the homes are older than the city itself.
The society is also adding a showing of local art and vintage cars as pare of this year's tour.
This Seventh Annual Home Tour -- photos from some of the homes are included in the music video above -- will focus in the Date Avenue/Mt. Nebo area.
Tours will begin at 10 a.m., Saturday November 3 and run through 3 p.m.
Tours will start at the Event Check-In site at the city parking lot, northeast corner of Date and Allison, just east of City Hall.
Trolleys will take you to each of the houses and will continue circulating between the houses and back to the parking lot throughout the tour hours.
Advance tickets can be purchased by Oct. 30th from the Historical Society. Pre-sale prices are $15 for society members and $18 for non-members. Day of event tickets are $18 for members and $20 for non-members.
