'Oliver!' Marks PPJT's 44th Season

LA MESA -- The Peter Pan Jr. Theater marks its 44th year with a production of Oliver starting this week.

The play features a cast of 90 4th through 8th grade students living within the La Mesa Spring Valley School District.

The production focuses on theatrics, but also teaches the students character and leadership while participating in a professional theater arts program.
In addition the the 90 in the cast, PPJT funds tickets and buses so that nearly 2,000 students can see the production for free.
