Well, "It" is coming nigh. Most people have already decided, except those weak-minded ones that sit on the fence and stammer, "Uh, uh, uh". Will it be a wealthy, and I mean WEALTHY, "Conservative" from New England who foisted socialized medicine on his citizens? Will it be a Chicago street thug that admittedly peddled narcotics, lied about everything, including where he was even born, developed his reputation as a rabble rouser, achieved political recognition with back alley tactics and "Affirmative Action". Boy! What a decision!  Many, at least half the country, fell early on beneath the rhetoric of the modern day Messiah despite his and his wife's blatant background of racism, hate America and you name it. Just as in those films from the 20;s, 30's and 40's, millions stood in mobs shrieking "Sieg Heil", arms raised in nationalistic furor, pretty girls weeping and drooling and minorities shouting mindlessly in the background, "Amen!". Never having held a job, built a company, met a payroll, this Messiah professes to possess all the answers by simply saying, "Hope and Change"! Now, contrast that to a former Governor of a New England state who HAS developed companies, hired and fired, met payrolls, was successful in practically everything he attempted. Just on the face of it not much comparison is there. Yet, the mindless, those that condescend to doubters with snickering, derision, defamation, scorn, and yes, wait for it, lies, whenever possible, these lemmings stand face to face with you, generally seeking cameras, and will say and do anything to support their Messiah.

Regardless of whom should win the election in November, WHO really runs this country, this once upon a time proud country. We, the stupid ones, quickly shout, "Why, we are a DEMOCRACY! We control our country". And in truth only the stupid ones, the uneducated ones those that were, are and will continue to be beguiled by a Chicago street thug believe this. This is because the equally stupid teachers have taught for generations that America is a Democracy! WRONG! It was never meant to be nor was it designed to be a Democracy. The very Greek term for Democracy actually only denoted the ability of those of wealth and land should vote on issues. All others were the great unwashed and, accept it or suffer the consequences! Does the word, "REPUBLIC" ring any bells here?

"Republic" means an entity controlled by those who can vote for their representatives. That, folks, is the only thing about what has happened to this country for decades that at all resembles the original concept. Can you say, "PLUTOCRACY"?  Whoa! New word for many. It simply means a political system controlled by the wealthy. WOW! Never considered that did you?  Controlled by the wealthy. Not here, not America! Well ... Think about the blindly rich politicians, many of whom became that way upon being elected to government. Think about what they say as opposed to what they do. Think about their double standards: "Now this will be good for you but I vote myself free of those restrictions of taxes or laws that YOU must now endure". Think of who caused the near economic collapse of the country - Banks and politicians.  Now, think of who received perhaps 95% of your Messiah's bailout - Banks. Now, who is still adding and increasing fees to acquire even more money - Banks. Now, who donates to support a system that will in turn support them - Banks. Now think: what do Banks produce for you? Interest you say? Look at your statements if you believe that. What 1% whilst collecting staggeringly increasing fees on their every transaction? Now, who supports these Banks? Why the very politicians that kept them in business in the first place. Now - look up the definition of "Plutocracy" - wait. I'll tell you again:  "A political system governed by the wealthy people"  Still believe this is a Democracy? Your Messiah tells you it is but, now, those of you who can read and actually understand what you've read, what about it now?

So, if we actually live in a Plutocracy rather than a Republic that means we have little or no say in our destiny. Whoops - heard of the Electoral College? Heard of the ACLU? Heard of Black Panthers blocking votes and supported by YOUR Department of Justice? Heard of rank politicians forcing a law down our throats that no one wants? Heard of governments underfunding or just NOT funding pension funds in order to use monies for pet projects or great investments? Heard of Utility companies totally ignoring demands of the public in order to raise rates to pay for better salaries and pensions? Heard of taxes for transportation and highway upkeep rechanneled to pet projects? Heard of the GSA lately? Ever hear these same politicians saying, "OOPS. That shouldn't be there. Lets correct it"? Nope, thought not. Still wondering about that thing called a "Plutocracy"?  Only one way, ONE WAY, to correct it: Removal of the culprits. And "voting" wont do it. "Voting" is the device used by these same Plutocrats to make you feel this was all your idea in the first place. Now, dont you feel like a sucker?

Some homes are slow to sell even in the hottest markets

With full-fledged sellers’ markets underway in dozens of metropolitan areas around the country, new research has found curious statistical patterns emerging: Even in cities where listings get multiple offers within days or hours, significant numbers of homes are sitting on the market for six months, 12 months, or more with no takers.
