Sheriff Seeks Help Identifying Bank Robber

LEMON GROVE -- Detectives from the San Diego Sheriff's Department Lemon Grove Station want your help in identifying a woman wanted in connection with a bank robbery in Spring Valley.

The suspect walked into a Bank of America inside an Albertson's grocery store in the 500 block of Sweetwater Road on Tuesday, February 21st. She handed a demand note to the teller then lifted her shirt to show a gun on her waist. She then walked out of the store. No one was hurt.

The robber is considered armed and dangerous. If you see her, please do not approach her. Call 911 or Crime Stoppers at (888) 580-8477.
