Missing Juvenile Returns Home

LA MESA -- Police late this evening reported that the young boy, reported missing after he failed to return home from school this afternoon, had returned home and was safe.

At about 5:30 p.m., the police had received a report of a missing juvenile. The juvenile, 12 year old Ronald Bianchi was last seen at Lemon Avenue Elementary School where he attends and is in the sixth grade. According to his mother, she arrived at the school at approximately 1:20 P.M. to pick him up and he was not outside. The mother contacted his teacher who said that Ronald was last seen waiting outside of the school between 1:00 and 1:15 P.M. The mother went home at approximately 1:30 P.M. in hopes that her son would show up at the house. Ronald did not have a cell phone and is new to the area. The family moved to La Mesa from Spring Valley approximately three months ago.
