Making your wishes known: La Mesa library hosts meeting on advance care planning

The Grossmont Healthcare District’s Dr. William C. Herrick Community Health Care Library, 9001 Wakarusa St. in La Mesa, will host “Making Your Wishes Known,” a free program on advance care planning, from 10 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 24. The Grossmont Healthcare District (GHD), with offices in La Mesa, is seeking applicants for two scholarship programs for nursing students and students pursuing careers as medical health technicians.
