Tish Update...Went to City of La Mesa Building Dept. They confirmed Walmart Neighborhood Market going in, funny enough right across from existing Wal-Mart store. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walmart_Market. Wal-Mart has been stepping up these type of stores often nearby existing super-stores. I think this avoids the huge Big Box Store arguments.
