Proof of effectiveness

Following months of close study and pouring over statistics not readily available to the public, I have discovered an astounding fact. The opinion blogs I have been writing for so long and which have seemingly been ignored by the politically correct and the National Socialist Democrats, have yielded results. Several hundred of the formerly entrenched socialists and Democrats have come to their senses and to the conclusion, have realized that their long held beliefs were completely wrong and…See More

Traitor or hero??

Is this fellow Snowden, currently in Hong Kong, a traitor or a hero? I am hearing cacophonous uproar daily, hourly, from everywhere regarding this release of "national security" information. Now, should I come down on the "Hero" side there will be regiments of those screaming "TREASON!" Should I come down on the "Traitor" side there will be an equal number of screaming voices. That the American government is out of control and is corruptly using given and stolen powers to bring us closer to the…See More

1984 alive and well

You will recall early on into the current, oh what can I say, the most recent power grab by the Chicago Thugocracy, that I likened their almost every action to that described in the book "1984"? In his book, George Orwell described how the sheep, represented by his "everyman", Winston Smith, were led by their benevolent government into a state of total control and compliance. Winston's and every other person's minute by minute activities and even thoughts were monitored and directed by…See More

"This immediately springs to mind"

What "immediately springs to mind" when you see this scene? Do you "see" the flag raising at Iwo Jima? July Forth celebrtions? A parade? Thoughts of veterans? A flag festooned avenue? Freedom? "One nation, indivisible"? I found this magnificent photo and saved it to view over and over but…See More

Memorial Day. In Memorium

Memorial Day. In MemoriumLA MESA -- Each year on this day many of us, some of us, pause and pay tribute to our fallen heroes. For we veterans, those surviving from any of our numerous wars abroad, this day is particularly important. As I drive by our Veterans Memorial frequently this day is repeated over and over for the mates…See More

Oops!

When advised by Republicans that they would not vote for any of his demanded tax hikes the Pres thanked them, turned from the podium and strode off in a  professional manner: Never see these little tantrums on MSNBC, do you.See More

Quotes of note

On Thursday the 18th YOUR California Senator, Diane Feinstein, stated during a meeting of the Senate Judiciary Committee, stated, "All vets are mentally ill and government should prevent them from owning firearms." This whilst flailing about attempting to defend the stupidity of her personal gun law proposal. Hey Veterans, how do you feel about that? Aint she neat? Should be proud. YOU voted for her. Then there's this: "Frankly, I dont know what it is about California, but we seem to have a…See More

Depravity

On a day when an entire state and most of the sane people in the nation pause to grieve and memorialize the massive loss of life and property in Texas following a tragic explosion and fire, the ugly head of gleeful depravity and giggling looks out and shouts, "Hah! Its his fault and its funny!"  The Sacramento Bee, a yellow journalism effort from one of the many beds of Political Correctness and radicalism here in our own Socialist controlled state of California happily printed the following:…See More

The Road To Dictatorship - PART II

Couple of days ago I wrote about that teenager that the Nazis in his school had arrested, jailed and suspended for wearing a t shirt speaking out about his First Amendment right to speech regarding his Second Amendment right for gun ownership. Seems that, having sat out his one day suspension, he returned to class and proudly wore the same shirt to class again. Oh, many other students throughout the country wore the same shirt as well in support of 14 year old Jared Marcum. An accompanying…See More

The Snowden Saga continues

Posted on June 14, 2013 at 7:30am 0 Comments

So, the saga of Edward Snowden continues and it seems to get better and better. I use that word "Better" not in a positive vein but to say the story keeps getting wider and stranger. I read today how Congressional "lawmakers" are wringing their hands because Snowden's exposure either may have, could have or has allowed terrorists to alter their methods and that we, The Great Satan, are in a scramble mode to catch up…

United States of Dystopia looming?

Posted on June 13, 2013 at 10:20am 0 Comments

It is very apparent that few, if any, in the local community have read or have any interest in the comical tale penned in 1949 by George Orwell. Like eighteenth century America when it was stooped beneath the yoke of Great Britain, today's America is likewise stooped. Decades of greed, political corruption and now ... How do YOU respond to "The OVERSEERS"? Because they  exist right here, right now. on your telephone,…

Short sales routinely show up in credit reports as foreclosures
Source: Los Angeles Times

Large numbers of homeowners who have negotiated short sales are at risk because of a startling omission in the credit system. Their credit reports and scores indicate that they were foreclosed upon, rather than having negotiated a mutually agreeable resolution with their lender, and the Federal Trade Commission and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau are investigating why and how this happened.
