“Take a Walk with Your Community”

Ready, Set, Live Well -- "Take a walk with your community" at a fun-filled event on Saturday, January 30, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. Arrive early to participate in a pre-celebration with FREE entertainment and refreshments. There will be a 30-minute hosted walk, plus an appearance from a special guest. This event is being held simultaneously at Harry Griffen Park in La Mesa and Lamar Park in Spring Valley. Register online and/or pledge to walk 30 minutes on the day of the event now.
